About Us
The House Behind the Horrors
Camden's Local Halloween House — built by hand, run by a family, and open to the whole neighborhood every October.
Source of Props
What started as a couple of small props in 2022 has grown, piece by piece, into a full haunted display. Every animatronic, prop, and set piece in the yard has been collected, built, or repaired — most of it stored, tested, and staged for months before it ever sees October.
Giants get rebuilt after every storm. The graveyard band gets new songs. And somewhere in the house, there's always one more idea for next year.
Local Legend
Whispers From Mill St
A chilling whisper echoes through the Camden night, a tale of a house now shrouded in an eerie glow. Its new inhabitants, arrived in 2022, have transformed this once-quiet abode into a macabre masterpiece each Halloween.
With each passing year, the decorations grow more grotesque, more elaborate, drawing hordes of costumed specters young and old. Local legends whisper of dwindling candy supplies as trick-or-treaters flock to witness the terrifying displays. The air is thick with anticipation, a mix of excitement and dread.
Rumor has it that the owners harbor dreams of a full-fledged haunted house experience, a labyrinth of terror that will chill the bones of even the bravest souls. Dare to venture forth on All Hallows' Eve and confront the horrors that lurk within… if you dare. But be warned, the darkness that surrounds this house may hold secrets more sinister than any Halloween display.
Disclosure: This is not a haunted house, this is a Halloween display.
The Horrors
Asmodeus is the main character of the haunt — the demon who stands at the center of the yard and never quite leaves your line of sight. Everything else in the display answers to him: the Headless Horseman rides on his account, the graveyard band plays for him, and Oogie Boogie wouldn't dare skip a night.
Horns, hollow eyes, and a grin that means the fun is just getting started.
Around him, the cast keeps growing every year — reapers, werewolves, a haunted hearse, a zombie horse, and a rotating cast of characters that make Mill St feel less like a front yard and more like a place that shouldn't exist after dark.
